Shipping FAQs

How much does shipping a bike cost?

Right now we have a flat rate of $150 to ship bikes, or $200 for a heavier or bulkier one, like a recumbent tricycle for instance. The actual cost for us is typically more than that, so even if it sounds like a lot, it's a good deal. Bike boxes are quite large and heavy, and therefore expensive to ship.

How do you ship bikes?

If you purchase a bike from us online for shipping, we will partially disassemble the bike, carefully package it to protect the bike, and ship it with insurance, typically through UPS.

Where should I ship my bike to?

For your own safety, we recommend shipping bikes to your local bike shop, as opposed to your home, and having them reassemble it for you, since it comes partially disassembled. You can give them a heads up to expect it, and they can help you with any sizing adjustments or other customizations you may want as well.

If you have any mechanical issues with the assembled bike within the first 30 days of owning it, you can file a claim with us only if you have a receipt of reassembly by a professional.

How much will shipping cost on other items?

Shipping varies based on what you order. Place the item(s) you want in your cart and go to checkout to view the shipping price.

How long does shipping take?

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States, from our shop in Fremont, Seattle, WA.

Can you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
